It's NOT about making a buck, it IS about making the best — that's our philosophy. At Wine & Vine we are very proud of two things... the first is that we have no deep fryer. More importantly, we don't have a freezer! In striving to provide our guests with a quality meal — we use only the freshest products available. Everything on the menu is fresh; our seafood comes in just about everyday and is NEVER frozen. Our meat is hand–cut by our chefs. If we are out of something, it was refused at delivery because of our high standards. We never use substitute ingredients or hydrogenated fats — only rare, imported, extra virgin, olive oil and butter.
